Every client gets the Cozy Mind Media app on their phone. It is how you work with us day to day: one place to ask for changes, send us material, and see how your website is doing. It comes with being a client. It is never an upsell.
What it does
Message us directly. Ask a question or ask for a change to your website in plain words. Requests are logged and actioned, and a real person reads everything.
Send photos and videos. Send us material for your website or your content straight from your camera roll. Large files upload in resumable parts, so a dropped connection picks up where it left off instead of starting again.
Check your visitor numbers. Real figures for your website, updated daily. If we did not measure a day, you see a gap, never a made-up zero.
A shared to-do list. We leave you tasks, notes and anything coming up. You tick off your own items and we see it straight away.
Content ideas. Fresh, researched ideas for your business, three at a time. Use one or pass, and finished pieces come back to you in the app.
Signing in
The app lives at app.cozymindmedia.com and is for clients only. You sign in with your Google account or with a link sent to your email, so there is no password to remember. Each client sees only their own business: their messages, their files, their numbers.
Your data
Everything the app holds is covered by our privacy policy, and the app itself carries a privacy screen naming exactly what is stored and for how long.
