No hourly rates. You know what it costs before anyone does anything, and the number does not move unless you ask for something new.
We are not VAT registered at the moment, so the price you see is the price you pay. Most quotes you get elsewhere are before 23% is added.

We stopped charging by the page. Pages are the easy part now, and counting them only ever got in the way of building the site a business needed. One website, one price, and as many pages as it takes, up to thirty. Anything past thirty pages, a shop or a platform is a bigger job, so we talk it through and price it before anything starts.

After launch · €300 a year
One invoice a year, not a monthly subscription.
Hosting, security, backups, and any small change you want: text, photos, prices, opening hours, adding a review. You send it, you hear back within 24 hours, and most changes go live the same day.
You also get a monthly report by email: what we did, your visitors and enquiries, and how you showed up on Google.
New pages and new sections are part of it too. Only a full redesign, a shop or a platform is quoted separately.
The AI chat assistant is €100 a year on top, so €400 a year all in. It is optional, and plenty of businesses do fine without one.
Starts twelve months after your build. Cancel whenever you like. The site is yours either way.
More we can do
Beyond the website we make video and reels, graphics and carousels, posters and print, and branded documents. We can also manage your social media and your Google listing.
Each of those is priced per job. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what it costs before anything starts.
Questions about money
Do I pay up front? No. The price is fixed in writing before we start, and payment is due before the site goes live, not before we build. You see the finished site first.
Is there VAT on top? No. We are not VAT registered at the moment, so what you see is what you pay.
What if I need another page later? It is part of the yearly plan, same as any other change. Pages are not charged one by one.
What if I want to leave? Cancel the yearly plan. The site and the domain are yours, and we hand over the files.
What if my site needs more than thirty pages? Then it is a bigger job than a standard build and we will talk it through and price it properly first.
Do you do payment plans? Ask us. For the bigger builds we can work something out.
