They are looking at their phone in the evening, they are ready, and the only option is to call a number tomorrow. Half of them never do.
Who it is for
Anyone whose work runs on appointments. Salons, clinics, therapists, driving instructors, trainers, consultants, anyone taking a slot in a diary.
What we build
There are two versions of this job and they are not the same size.
A booking link or embed. Your availability, your working hours, your calendar checked so you cannot be double booked. They pick a slot, it lands in your diary, both of you get an email. Deposits through Stripe if you want them. Takes an afternoon.
A full booking system. Payments, staff, rooms, services with different lengths, rules about who can book what and when. This is a build, and it gets quoted on its own.
Most people need the first one and are told they need the second.
What it costs
€150 for a booking link or embed on any site we build.
A full system is quoted, because they vary too much to price blind.
Common questions
Does it work with my calendar? Yes. It checks your calendar before offering a slot, so nothing clashes.
Can I take a deposit? Yes, through Stripe, into your own account.
What if I want to block out a week? You block it in your own calendar. The booking page follows.
