Online booking for your website

Bookings are lost at the point somebody has to ring.

They are looking at their phone in the evening, they are ready, and the only option is to call a number tomorrow. Half of them never do.

Who it is for

Anyone whose work runs on appointments. Salons, clinics, therapists, driving instructors, trainers, consultants, anyone taking a slot in a diary.

What we build

There are two versions of this job and they are not the same size.

A booking link or embed. Your availability, your working hours, your calendar checked so you cannot be double booked. They pick a slot, it lands in your diary, both of you get an email. Deposits through Stripe if you want them. It takes us an afternoon to set up.

A full booking system. Payments, staff, rooms, services with different lengths, rules about who can book what and when. This is a build, and it gets quoted on its own.

Most people need the first one and are told they need the second.

What it costs

Both are quoted. A link or an embed is a small job on any site we build. A full system with payments and availability is a build in its own right and varies too much to price blind, so the two are never quoted the same.
