No templates, no page builders

A lot of small business websites are assembled out of a template and a stack of plugins. It is quick to put up, and it is why so many of them load slowly, break in odd ways, and cost money every month for things nobody uses.

We build them from scratch instead. Nothing loads from someone else's server before the page can draw, and there are no plugins to update, so nothing breaks on a random Tuesday because somebody else changed something.

The result is a site that loads in about a second and keeps working.

Every site ships the same way

95+ Google speed score, A-rated security, GDPR-clean cookies and consent. Checked before handover, every time.

In plain terms: before a site goes live we run Google's own speed test and it has to score 95 or higher, we run a security scan and it has to come back with an A, and we check that the cookie notice and privacy policy do what the law asks. If any of the three falls short, we fix it before you see the site.

We don't stop at the website

The name is Cozy Mind Media, and the Cozy Mind part is the point. What we are selling is peace of mind: knowing the website side of the business is handled and you do not have to think about it.

So we keep minding it after launch. Hosting, backups, security, the cookie and privacy side, and any change you want made. You send it and it gets done, usually the same day. There is nothing to log into or keep on top of, and nothing quietly breaks while you are out on a job.

Then there is everything around the website, and most of it is not a website at all. A customer photographs a job and it lands in the tradesperson's inbox ready to price. An agreement gets signed on a phone in under a minute. A weekly schedule is edited from a phone and is on the site a minute later. One email a month says what we did, who got in touch and how the site showed up on Google. We make the reel, the poster and the course notes, and we look after the Google listing. If there is a job you keep doing yourself every week, that is usually the one worth building.

Cozy Mind Media was founded by Ashton Foran, its director, and he is the person you talk to from the first message to the day the site goes live. Every guide on this site comes from work done for real clients.
