It is trained on your business. Your services, your prices if you want them given, your area, your hours. It answers what it knows and it never invents.
Someone asks whether you cover their town at half eleven at night. It tells them. It takes their name and number. The enquiry is waiting for you in the morning, instead of being a missed call you cannot ring back.
It captures the ones who were not ready to fill in a form, which is most of them.

What we do about the law
From August 2026, EU rules say a chat assistant has to tell people it is an assistant. Ours always did.
It says so in the first message, it says so in the panel, and if anyone asks it outright it answers straight. A real person still reads everything and follows up. Compliance ships with the build, so there is nothing to fix later.
What it costs
Free for the first year on any Grow or Complete build. After that it is €100 a year on top of the care plan, so €300 a year all in.
It is optional. Not every business wants one, and we will tell you if we think you do not need it.
