Web design in Kerry, from Tralee
We are a Kerry web design team based in Tralee, and we build websites for trades and small businesses across the county. One fixed price of €500 with everything included, and most sites are live within one to two weeks.
Built for how people search in Kerry
Somebody in Killarney with no signal on the dish does not search for "satellite installer". They search for "satellite installer Killarney", on a phone, and they ring the first result that answers. The same is true for a painter in Listowel, a plumber in Castleisland or a physio in Kenmare.
So a website built for a Kerry business has a page for each town it covers, written in plain sentences about the work done there, and a phone number that dials with one tap. Google has somewhere exact to send that search, and the person searching lands on a page about their own town.
What we have built in Kerry
McCrohan Satellite Systems is a satellite, TV and CCTV installer covering the whole county from Tralee. His old site was slow, nobody could find it, and his email address had stopped working without telling him. The new site has six service pages, from Starlink installation and TV aerials to calving cameras and home Wi-Fi, and eleven town pages, from Tralee and Killarney out to Dingle, Cahersiveen and Waterville. It scores 95 or better on every Google measure, and an assistant answers questions after hours, so a farmer asking about calving cameras at ten at night has an answer and an enquiry waiting by morning.
What a Kerry town page looks like
Take his Dingle page. It says what he installs on the peninsula, in his own words, and it names the problems people out there have: a TV transmitter blocked in one townland and clear in the next, broadband that arrives late where it arrives at all, a Starlink dish that needs a clear sky and a mount the Atlantic cannot shift. It carries his number, the same form as every other page, and nothing else. A page like that answers one search properly, and eleven of them cover a county.
That is the pattern for any Kerry business that travels to the customer. A physio in Killarney who also sees people in Kenmare needs both pages. A painter who works from Tralee out to Listowel and Castleisland needs three. The site only has the pages the business needs, and each one is written, not generated from a template.
Websites for the businesses Kerry runs on
Trades. Electricians, plumbers, painters, builders and installers win work from a phone search and a phone call. Their sites lead with the services, the towns and a call button. More on websites for tradespeople, painters and decorators and satellite and TV installers.
Tourism and hospitality. A B&B in Dingle, a tour in Killarney or a café on the Ring of Kerry gets most of its searches from people who are not in Kerry yet, often on a phone with two bars of signal. The site has to load on that signal, say what you offer on the first screen and take a booking or an enquiry without a phone call across a time zone. Online booking covers that, from a simple booking link to a full system.
Clinics, studios and practices. A physio, a gym or a dental practice needs its hours, its treatments and a way to book, and very little else. See websites for gyms and physio clinics and dental practices.
Getting found on Google Maps in Kerry
Most people in Kerry pick a tradesperson from the map: the three businesses Google shows above the websites. Your Google Business Profile decides who appears there. It needs the right category, accurate hours, real photos of your work and reviews that name the job and the town.
Every site we build comes with a walk through your Google listing, so the listing and the website say the same thing about what you do and where you do it. The site's town pages back that up for every place you cover. Our Google Business Profile checklist is the same list we work from, and how to get more Google reviews covers the part only you can do.
The towns we cover
Tralee is home, so Tralee, Ardfert, Ballyheigue, Castleisland and Listowel are on the doorstep. Killarney, Killorglin, Castlemaine and Milltown are half an hour away. Dingle, Kenmare, Cahersiveen, Waterville and Sneem are further, and every site here was built without a single site visit, so the distance has never mattered. If the business is in Kerry, we can build for it.
What it costs
A website is €500, everything included, up to thirty pages, with €300 a year after the first year for hosting, security, backups and changes. There is no VAT on top. The full breakdown, and everything that ships with a site, is on the pricing page.

Common questions
What does website design cost in Kerry? €500 for the build, everything included, and €300 a year after the first year, with no VAT on top. How that compares with what agencies and freelancers quote is in how much a website costs in Ireland.
Do we need to meet in person? No. Every site here was built over the phone, by email and with a preview link you open on your own phone. If you are near Tralee and would rather sit down for a chat, ask.
How long does it take? One to two weeks for most builds. The words are what usually hold it up, and we can write them for you.
Can you design a logo as well? Yes. If you do not have a logo yet, we can design one, so your website, Google listing, van and socials all match. Mention it when you get in touch.
Can customers book or pay online? Yes. A booking link or a full booking system goes on the site if your business runs on appointments, and card payments can go through your own Stripe account. See online booking.
Will my website show up on Google in Kerry? Every site is registered with Google and Bing on launch, with a page for each service and each town you cover and the structured data search engines read. Nobody can promise a position on Google. What we can promise is that every search for your work in your area has a page on your site written to answer it.
Is there a grant for a website in Kerry? Ring Local Enterprise Office Kerry and ask what is open this year. For years the Trading Online Voucher covered half the cost of getting a small business online. The newer Grow Digital grant excludes a custom website build. More detail is in how much a website costs in Ireland.
Do you only work in Kerry? No. We build for businesses across Ireland and further afield, and we work the same way wherever the business is. See web design in Cork, web design in Dublin, web design in Limerick, web design in Mayo and web design in Ireland.
