What it costs

A website is €500, everything included, up to thirty pages, with €300 a year after the first year for hosting, security, backups and changes. An assistant is €100 a year on top, and optional. There is no VAT on top of any of it. The e-sign tool, videos and design work are quoted separately. Everything that ships with a site is on the pricing page.
