The schedule and team editor

A private page where you keep your own weekly schedule current, and your team page if your site has one, then publish to your website in about a minute. It opens on a phone, a private link and a short code get you in, and there is no login to remember and no content management system sitting behind it.

Most small businesses have one page that goes stale faster than the rest: a radio station's schedule, a gym's class timetable, a club's fixtures. It changes every week, and every change is a message to whoever built the site.

How it works

We send you a link and a six character code. Open the link on your phone, type the code once, add it to your home screen, and from then on it is one tap.

The week shows a day at a time, with today open first. Tap a slot to change the time or the name, tap Add to put a show on, and give it a picture taken or chosen on the phone, cropped in your browser before it goes anywhere. Set one day up and copy it to every other day, pictures included. Nothing reaches your site until you tap Publish, and the page tells you when you have changes that are not on the site yet. Once you publish, the site catches up within a minute.

If your site has a team page, it lives in the same editor. Add a person with a photo, write their few lines, add an Instagram handle, move them up or down the order, take them off.

What else it does

• Undo works. One tap puts back the version that is on the site
• The last thirty versions are kept, so a week cleared by accident comes back instead of getting retyped
• Download the week as a spreadsheet whenever you need it on paper or in an email
• Removing a show asks you first, and so does clearing the whole week
• The page sits behind a private link, a code and a Cloudflare challenge, and search engines are told to leave it alone
• Nothing to install and nothing to keep updated, because there is no plugin and no account
• It comes with a one-page guide and a short video, so it can be handed to whoever runs the week next

Who it suits
